Org documentation

Datum

Always-current org documentation and dependency mapping, so a solo admin can safely change something they did not build.

StatusIn designNot listed on AgentExchange. Available now as an engagement.

Who buys itSolo or small-team admin at a company of 100 to 1,000 people who inherited an org nobody documented.

01Why this exists

The gap

In the 2026 admin survey, 56.3 percent named technical debt as their biggest challenge and only two percent described their org as clean and well-maintained. Twenty percent work alone. The existing answer is an enterprise governance platform.

Benchmarked against

The established competitor holds 64 reviews at 4.98 but sells as an enterprise governance platform.

02How it works

The mechanism, not the feature list

These are the decisions that make it work, and the reasons behind them. A feature list tells you what a demo will show. This tells you what happens on the day something goes wrong.

  • Metadata dependency crawling on a schedule, persisted as a graph rather than a report.
  • Impact analysis that answers the only question that matters before a change: what breaks if I delete this.
  • Plain-English descriptions generated for flows and classes, because the automation nobody understands is the automation nobody dares touch.
  • Change diffing against the audit trail, so documentation stays current without anyone maintaining it.

It excludes tax, and mixes two currencies as entered rather than converting them, so the tile says so instead of implying a single-currency total.

03Pricing

What it costs

Published rather than hidden behind a form. A buyer comparing options reads a hidden price as an expensive one.

  • Under 500 users$400 / org / month
  • Above 500 users$900 / org / month

Prices are list. Nothing here is listed on AgentExchange yet, so today this is bought as an engagement rather than installed from a marketplace link.
