01Why this exists

The gap

In the 2026 admin survey, 41.9 percent named security and access management as their skills gap, and only 20 percent said they enforce least privilege effectively. Salesforce’s own free tools for this are rated 2.42 and 2.67 out of five. The paid field is one app with sixteen reviews and one with three. High pain, high dissatisfaction, no strong incumbent.

Benchmarked against

The closest paid competitor lists at $6,000 a year and has three reviews.

02How it works

The mechanism, not the feature list

These are the decisions that make it work, and the reasons behind them. A feature list tells you what a demo will show. This tells you what happens on the day something goes wrong.

  • Scheduled crawls of permission assignments, object and field permissions, and the setup audit trail.
  • Drift detection against a signed baseline, so a change is visible the day it happens rather than at audit.
  • A permission matrix with a diff view, because the question is never what access exists but what changed.
  • Access recertification campaigns run as a workflow rather than a spreadsheet.
  • Agent actions answer the questions auditors actually ask: who can export contact data, what changed in admin permissions this month.

3Carry the tax code across
4One location and work order per segment

6Fault path: show the real errorAdded
Depiction · The quote-to-order conversion, as rebuilt. Eleven create and update steps, each with a fault path.It had no fault handling at all, so a failed conversion crashed silently and the salesperson could only report that it did not work. The error screen is why they can now say what went wrong.

03Pricing

What it costs

Published rather than hidden behind a form. A buyer comparing options reads a hidden price as an expensive one.

  • Per user$3 / user / month$600 per org monthly minimum
  • Flat, under 500 users$8,000 / year

Prices are list. Nothing here is listed on AgentExchange yet, so today this is bought as an engagement rather than installed from a marketplace link.
