The rule

Nothing is done until it works for the person whose job it is.

Not an admin check. We match the user’s permission set or log in as them, run the whole flow they would actually perform, confirm they see the right result, then delete every test record we created. If we cannot run that test, we say the work is pending verification. We do not call it done.

Recorded against six end users in the reference engagement.

01Origin

How this became one firm

ShareCo was incorporated in August 2024. The work behind it started earlier, and somewhere else.

Two of the founders worked inside the same enterprise Salesforce org at SMT Research. One held the administrator credential there from 2024 to 2026 and ran the permissions, the rollouts and the training. The other arrived in September 2025 and owns the architecture, the Apex and the flows as sole architect and developer. They overlapped for about a year, watching the same org break and recover from opposite ends of it.

A third founder had been running his own integration consultancy since 2022, building machine learning and custom software for businesses whose problems never fit inside a CRM. A fourth had already built a production pipeline that turns 200-page regulatory documents into finished training courses. The fifth sells.

None of that was planned as a firm. It became one because the same four requests kept arriving together: someone to own the architecture, someone certified to run the org, someone to build what the platform cannot, and someone to teach the team once the consultants leave. Answering three of the four is how orgs rot.

We work in your org, in your repository, under your version control. The code is yours, the tests ship with it, and the documentation is written from real logged-in sessions rather than from the schema.

02Principles

Four things we will not trade away

Each of these has cost us something. That is how we know they are real.

  • 01

Numbers that say what they are

Every figure we publish carries what it excludes and how it was derived. A number with no stated basis is the thing we sell against, so we do not get to publish one either.

  • 02

    Simplify by consolidating

First we add the feature packs each role is missing, so nobody is working around a gap. Then we consolidate the dashboards and screens they touch into one place the work actually happens. The number of surfaces falls, and it falls because the work moved, not because anything was taken away.

  • 03

Mobile is a requirement, not a phase

We verify on the phone, logged in as the person who will use it. One flow had to be rebuilt because the desktop table component does not render in the mobile app. If it does not work on the phone it is not done.

  • 04

    Your direction, not our package

Most implementations start with a template and reshape the business around it. We start with where you are taking the company and build toward that. It is also why we will tell you when the answer is a lookup and a model would only add cost: the point is the system you actually need, not the one that is quickest for us to fit.

Certification is held by a founder, not by the firm.

03The team

Five founders

Two built the same enterprise org from opposite ends. One builds what the platform cannot. One runs adoption and the Academy. One sells.

  • Elliot Saha

    Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer

Platform architecture, custom Apex and Lightning Web Components, AI systems, and the Academy platform itself.

  • Ege Taskent

    Salesforce Developer, Certified Platform Administrator

The credential, and the rollout. The half of an implementation where people actually start using the thing.

  • Zion Comer

    Full-Stack Developer and Consultant

Integrations, machine learning, and the hard custom builds that sit beside Salesforce rather than inside it.

  • Turni Saha

    AI Adoption Lead, PMP

ShareCo Academy, and AI adoption for teams that are not technical.

  • Aneel

    Sales

Revenue, and a Salesforce voice AI product built to be sold under the consultancy.
