    A person reads what you sent and writes back. If the answer is that you do not need us, that is what the reply says.

    Screen share into the org if you can. Half an hour looking at the real thing tells us more than an hour of description, and you are not paying for either.

    A written diagnosis

    What we think is wrong, the mechanism behind it, and what it would take to fix. You get it whether or not you hire us. It is yours to take to anyone.
